We are deliberately a small, senior team. Most weeks the same five or six people sit at the table for every project. That choice shapes how we hire, how we plan, and how we say no.
One squad per project, end to end
Every project has a single designer, a single engineer and a single project lead from kickoff through launch. The same people answer the email, write the code, and join the retro. Continuity is the cheapest quality multiplier we have.
Two long sessions a day, not eight short ones
We protect two long deep-work blocks every day. Standups are written, not synchronous. The result is that the team ships more in twenty-five hours of focused time than most teams ship in forty hours of meetings.
We turn down work that doesn’t fit
Saying no early is part of the culture. If we can’t ship the work to our standard with the team we have, we’d rather make the introduction to a studio that can. Every former client knows we’ll be honest about scope, and that honesty buys us the next brief.
