Green Harvest
Egyptian Produce, Worldwide
Translating decades of agricultural craftsmanship into a bilingual export platform worthy of buyers across Arab, European and Asian markets.
Three chapters of the Green Harvest build.
The bilingual public website, the admin dashboard and the live-preview CMS that controls every public block — all under one roof. Tap any case study to step inside.
Public Website
Six public surfaces walk an international buyer from a rotating Arabic hero ("توريد موثوق للمنتجات الزراعية المصرية") through an About page of trust counters, four service categories, a filterable Products grid, an agricultural blog and a structured contact form. Built with full RTL support, EN/AR language toggle and inline SVG iconography.

CMS — Live Preview Per Section
A granular content-management layer covering the entire public theme. A Home Page master controller, a Home Slides manager, Services and Portfolio editors, and per-page editors for About, Services, Projects, Blogs and Contact. Every section editor renders a live-preview pane on the right with adjustable zoom (60 / 50 / 40 / 30 / 20%) — so the editor never has to "save and refresh" to see their change.

Admin Dashboard
The operations layer for the Green Harvest team. A Contact Inquiries tracker with card / table views and multi-filter search, a Portfolio manager for the five product entries, a Testimonials manager holding three named partner endorsements, and a six-tab Settings panel covering branding, contact, address, social channels, header navigation and footer links — all built on Laravel with role-based access and a light / dark theme toggle.

We Built the Platform
A fully custom export-grade platform for Green Harvest — bilingual, refined, and built to match the brand's quality-first identity.
A Platform That Speaks To Every Market
Green Harvest approached us with a clear vision: build a digital home that introduces premium Egyptian produce to importers across three continents — and turns interest into qualified inquiries.
The team needed more than a brochure site. They needed an export-grade platform that conveys quality and trust, supports Arabic and English audiences side-by-side, and gives the back-office a real CMS to keep services, products, testimonials and inquiries up to date — without touching code.
- Communicate quality control from cultivation to shipment.
- Showcase 5 product categories across fresh and frozen ranges.
- Deliver a bilingual (EN/AR) experience with full RTL support.
- Capture qualified export inquiries with structured fields and tracking.
Where The Existing Setup Fell Short
Before we started, the brand's digital presence didn't match the quality of their produce. Three structural problems stood between Green Harvest and their export ambitions.
International buyers needed to feel confidence in Egyptian quality on first visit. The previous site looked generic and didn't communicate certifications, process or reliability — costing the team in qualified leads.
Buyers across MENA, Europe and Asia expected a fluent EN/AR experience with full RTL support. Without it, the brand couldn't speak credibly to its three target regions at the same time.
Quote requests landed in inboxes with no structure or status tracking. There was no way to filter, prioritize or follow up — and high-value leads were slipping through unnoticed.
From Soil To Consumer, Online
We approached the build the way the client approaches a harvest — measure twice, ship once. Every section was designed with intent, every interaction tuned for trust, and every visual decision rooted in the brand's heritage of soil, sun and quality.
Hero, process steps, performance metrics and partner quotes all working together to communicate quality at first scroll.
Full EN/AR experience with RTL support, language toggle and content parity across every page.
Every section editor renders a side-by-side preview pane — no save-and-refresh round-trips for marketing.
Structured fields, status workflow (New / In Progress / Closed), search and filter — so no quote request is lost.
The new platform finally tells the story of our quality the way we tell it in person — to importers in Riyadh, Hamburg or Singapore. Every inquiry is now tracked, and our team responds in hours, not days.
How We Built It
From discovery to launch — our six-step delivery process for the Green Harvest platform.
We sat with the export team, mapped the buyer journey across MENA, Europe and Asia, and audited what quality signals importers actually look for before issuing a PO.
We mapped the public site (Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Blogs, Testimonials, Contact) to its admin counterparts so editing once meant publishing everywhere — in either language.
A green-led identity built around DM Sans, soft cards, gold accents for highlights, and trust-forward iconography — designed for export buyers, not consumers.
Built on Laravel with bilingual content models, role-based access and a structured inquiries module covering Import, Export, Customs, Air/Sea Freight and Trade Documentation.
Public site delivered with a responsive grid, animated progress bars for performance metrics, scroll-triggered reveals and inline SVG iconography for fast loads on every device.
Cross-device QA on iOS, Android and major desktop browsers, admin training for the export team, and a post-launch monitoring window for quick wins and polish.
