Biry Suits
Tailoring Excellence Online
Translating a heritage of bespoke craftsmanship into a digital experience worthy of an Egyptian tailoring house established in 2012.
Six chapters of the Biry Suits build.
Brand identity, public website and a custom-built admin OS — HRMS, CMS, ERP and accounting all under one roof. Tap any case study to step inside.
Brand Identity
We rebuilt the Biry Suits identity from the ground up: a custom monogram and lockup family, a restrained gold-on-charcoal palette, a Cormorant Garamond + Inter type system, and a tone-of-voice handbook — all packaged as a bilingual EN/AR guideline ready for web, print, signage and tailored garment labels.

Public Website
Twelve modular sections — every one designed with intent — that walk a visitor from headline to consultation booking without ever feeling like a templated e-commerce site. Lighthouse-tuned, lazy-loaded media, SEO-ready, and every contact-form submission wired straight into the admin Inquiries inbox.

Custom ERP
A custom-built ERP designed around how a bespoke tailoring house actually runs — from new order, through invoice issuance and payment recording, all the way to fabric reorders, supplier payments and a four-vertical reporting suite. Every screen is bilingual EN/AR and reads off live operational tables.

HRMS
A two-portal workforce model alongside a unified back-office: permanent-employee and daily-worker portals on the front, and on the back, Departments, Jobs, Employees, Attendance, Leave Management and a full Payroll engine. Every clock-in, leave day and piece-rate entry reconciles directly to a printable EN/AR payslip.

CMS
A purpose-built content management layer that exposes every front-end section — hero, about, collections, gallery, videos and contact — as live-editable blocks. Pair it with the Inquiries inbox and a role-based access system, and marketing owns the public site end-to-end.

Accounting
A double-entry-style accounting module: chart of accounts, journal entries, payment methods, income and expense sources with their transaction ledgers, and account-to-account transfers — all reconciled in real time into the dashboard's 148,646 cash-and-bank position.

We Built the Website
A fully custom web presence for Biry Suits — refined, elegant, and built to match the brand's bespoke identity.
A Brand That Whispers Luxury
Biry Suits approached us with a clear vision: build a digital storefront that mirrors the precision, restraint and elegance of bespoke Egyptian tailoring.
After more than a decade of crafting fully customized suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, vests and overcoats by hand, the brand needed an online presence that did the work justice — a site where every pixel felt as considered as a hand-stitched lapel. The brief asked us to showcase the full product range, the customization library, and the heritage behind every garment, without ever feeling like a generic e-commerce template.
- Communicate over a decade of bespoke heritage and craftsmanship.
- Display 16 products across 5 garment types with elegant clarity.
- Make the customization library (fabrics, buttons, linings, padding) intuitive to explore.
- Convert browsing visitors into in-store and online consultation bookings.
Where The Existing Experience Fell Short
Before we started, the brand's online presence struggled to communicate the depth of the product. Three structural problems stood between Biry Suits and their digital ambitions.
The previous site looked like a template — generic, bright and noisy — undermining a brand built on quiet luxury. Visitors couldn't sense the craft before they walked in.
With 5 fabric origins, 5 patterns, 8 buttons, 8 linings and 7 padding components, options were scattered across pages, making the configurator feel overwhelming rather than indulgent.
There was no clear path from inspiration to consultation. Users browsed beautiful suits but had no obvious way to book a fitting, ask a question or start a custom order.
Designed Like A Bespoke Garment
We approached the build the way the client approaches a suit — measure twice, cut once. Every section was designed with intent, every interaction tuned for restraint, and every visual decision rooted in the brand's heritage of dark, warm, refined materials.
A dark, gold-accented palette with Cormorant Garamond & Inter, anchoring every page in editorial calm.
Twelve cleanly separated sections so editors can extend, reorder or replace blocks without breaking rhythm.
A single layered panel makes fabric, pattern, button, lining and padding choices feel curated, not catalog-like.
Inline SVGs, system fonts as fallback, and lazy fade-ins keep the page fast on every device.
We didn't want a website. We wanted the digital equivalent of stepping inside our atelier. Hossam X Studios delivered exactly that — restrained, considered, and unmistakably Biry.
How We Built It
From the first measurement to the final stitch — our six-step delivery process for the Biry Suits experience.
We sat with the founder and master tailors, audited the existing brand assets, and mapped every product, fabric and customization option into a content inventory.
We restructured the experience around twelve focused sections — Hero, About, Expertise, Range, Customization, Fabrics, Video, Gallery, Facts, Sitemap, CTA, Footer — each with one clear job.
We built a tokenized style system around a cream/gold/charcoal palette and the pairing of Cormorant Garamond and Inter — designed to feel editorial, not promotional.
Built on Laravel Blade with Bootstrap-grid scaffolding, scoped CSS variables and inline SVG iconography — no heavy framework, no design debt.
We added a single, restrained fade-up reveal driven by IntersectionObserver — enough motion to feel alive, never enough to upstage the product.
Cross-device QA on iOS, Android and major desktop browsers. Performance budget locked in before handoff and a post-launch monitoring window for early polish.

The Outcome
Have a brand worth tailoring?
We build digital experiences with the same care a master tailor brings to a hand-stitched lapel. If you have a story worth telling well, let's talk.
