There is no magic in our delivery, just discipline. The same four-phase sprint runs whether we’re shipping a marketing site or a six-module admin platform. The only thing that changes is the calendar.
Week 1–2: Discovery
A kickoff workshop with the people who will actually use the product — not just the people approving the cheque. We leave with a written brief, success metrics, and a deliverable list signed by both sides.
Week 3–4: Strategy & Design
We propose direction in two or three concepts, narrow to one quickly, and prototype the riskiest interactions before locking the design system. This phase ends with a clickable prototype the client can use.
Week 5–10: Build & Launch
Small reviewable increments, weekly demo, on a real staging environment. Every checkpoint has a number on the calendar. Launch happens on a weekday morning — never on a Friday.
Post-launch: Iterate & Grow
We hold a 30-day retro with the client and use real data to plan the next quarter. Most of our long-term relationships started with this conversation.
