There is a moment, somewhere between forty and a hundred employees, when stacking SaaS stops paying back. The integrations break in places nobody owns and the data ends up in three slightly different shapes. Past that point, a purpose-built admin is cheaper than another subscription.
SaaS works until your process becomes the product
Off-the-shelf software is fast at the start because somebody else figured out the 80% case. The problem is the remaining 20% — the way your branches reconcile end-of-day, the way your sales team books an order, the way your finance team chases payment. That 20% is the actual product you sell.
Custom is not the same as expensive
We build admin systems on a deliberately small surface area — one Laravel codebase, one database, role-based dashboards. The first version of a custom CRM usually costs less than a year of three stacked SaaS subscriptions, and from then on every workflow improvement is an asset you own.
How we scope a build
Two-week discovery to map the real workflow — not the org chart, the actual flow of work. We propose three modules to ship in version one, the rest goes on a roadmap. Six to twelve weeks later you have a working admin in your domain, with your data, behaving the way your team behaves.
