We need an AI Product Designer who understands that the UX of an AI feature IS the product. You'll design interfaces, prompt patterns, loading states, error flows, and trust signals for AI-powered applications. You'll run user research, create prototypes, and work directly with engineers to ship things that feel magical but predictable. Prior experience designing AI chat, copilots, or recommendation surfaces is a strong plus.

You'll design and maintain the data pipelines that power our AI products — ingestion, cleaning, chunking, embedding, and freshness. You'll work across structured and unstructured sources and make sure every feature has the right data, at the right time, at the right cost. You understand the tradeoffs between batch and streaming, and you care about pipeline reliability as much as latency. Experience with vector databases and embedding workflows is highly valued.

You'll build the client-facing layer of our AI products — streaming chat interfaces, real-time eval dashboards, document viewers, and agent UIs. You care deeply about performance, accessibility, and that things feel smooth. You'll work directly with our designers and backend engineers to ship polished experiences that make complex AI outputs feel simple. Experience with streaming responses (SSE / WebSockets) and React is a must.

As our LLM Solutions Architect you'll bridge the gap between client requirements and technical implementation. You'll lead discovery workshops, design system architectures for RAG + agent systems, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery. You'll define integration patterns, oversee data security practices, set quality benchmarks, and ensure every solution is observable and maintainable. This is a technical leadership role — you'll code when needed, lead always.

You'll own the infrastructure that takes models from notebook to production and keeps them there. CI/CD for ML, model registries, canary deployments, latency monitoring, cost dashboards — all yours. You'll define SLOs, build alerting, and make sure our models are observable end-to-end. You care about p95 latency as much as accuracy, and you've seen what happens when model drift goes undetected in production.

We're looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, train, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and LLM-powered agents. You'll own the full lifecycle — from data exploration to model evaluation to cloud deployment — and work closely with our product and UX teams to ship AI features users trust. You'll be embedded in sprint teams, running evals, monitoring model drift, and collaborating on prompt engineering. If you care about accuracy, latency, and safety as much as features, you'll fit right in.

You'll keep our AI sprint teams running smoothly — managing timelines, client communications, sprint ceremonies, risk logs, and delivery milestones. You know how to translate between engineers and clients without losing nuance. You've managed technical projects before and you understand the uncertainty inherent in AI work. You're comfortable saying "we need another eval cycle" when the data demands it, even under deadline pressure.

We're growing our Strategy practice and need a sharp AI Strategy Consultant who can turn ambiguous AI ideas into clear, actionable roadmaps. You'll run stakeholder workshops, define success metrics, assess data readiness, and build the opportunity briefs that guide every sprint. You're comfortable in a room with a CTO and equally comfortable translating technical constraints into business language for a CMO. You know how to say no politely and how to scope responsibly.
