Privacy Policy

Hossam X Studios, 30 Sakr Qurish St, Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt, is the controller of the personal data described here. This policy covers hossam-x-studios.com only — not the client products we link to, which have their own policies.

1. What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected and anything you write in the message field.
• Job applications: the details you enter and the CV file you attach.
• Newsletter: your email address, plus the language you were browsing in.
• Server logs: standard web-server records such as IP address, browser user agent, requested page and timestamp.

We do not ask for payment card details, national ID numbers or any special category of personal data through this website.

2. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to assess your job application, to send you the newsletter you asked for, and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. Cookies and local storage

The site sets a session cookie required for security (CSRF protection) and to remember the language you selected. Your light/dark mode preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Third parties

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Our site is hosted by our infrastructure provider, and enquiry notifications are delivered by our email provider. Each processes data only to provide that service to us.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship or follow-up is live, and then archived. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@hossam-x-studios.com and we will respond within 30 days. To stop receiving the newsletter, email us and we will remove you from the list.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are rate-limited and protected against automated abuse, and access to the systems holding this data is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously.
