These terms apply to your use of hossam-x-studios.com (the “site”), operated by Hossam X Studios from 30 Sakr Qurish St, Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Use of the site

You may browse the site and use its forms for their intended purpose: to learn about our work and to get in touch with us. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to send unsolicited or automated submissions.

2. Content and intellectual property

All text, design, code, imagery and brand marks on the site are owned by Hossam X Studios or by our clients, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Case studies are published with the relevant client’s permission and remain their property. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish, resell or reproduce substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

3. Enquiries, applications and subscriptions

Submitting the contact form, a job application or the newsletter form does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, timeline, fees and ownership. Please give accurate information in these forms — we rely on it to reply to you.

4. Third-party links and services

The site links to external sites, including our clients’ live products and our social profiles, and loads web fonts from Google. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. Case-study figures describe results for a specific client in a specific context and are not a promise of similar results for any other project.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hossam X Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
