Replace Static HR Training With a Living Learning Platform.
Organizations were running corporate training on a stitched-together mess of spreadsheets, instructor calendars, vendor portals and Excel attendance sheets. They asked for a single platform that could carry the full lifecycle: capture training needs, plan and run online + in-class + blended courses, manage instructors and trainees, collect payments, and prove impact to leadership.
- One platform covering TNA, course catalogues, scheduling, enrolment, attendance and certification.
- Three modes — online, in-class, and blended — sharing the same trainee, instructor and company records.
- A subscription engine: tiered plans, configurable features, three billing cycles, regular and sale pricing.
- An integrated CRM so leads, deals and partner companies live alongside the LMS.
- HR-friendly request workflow — submit, approve, reject — with full audit trail.
- Wallet + bank payment capture, per-company reconciliation, and finance reporting that leadership can trust.
Three Structural Failures Keeping HR Stuck.
Three structural failures kept training programs from scaling — and bolting integrations onto the existing tools would only have hidden the rot.
HR teams ran TNA in one place, course catalogues in another, instructor calendars in a third, and attendance in a fourth — nothing reconciled.
Without a plans + features layer, every deal was a custom contract; no entitlements meant no clean way to upsell or limit access.
Blended learning was the goal, but every system treated online and in-class as different products with different teams and reports.
One LMS. One CRM. One Subscription Engine.
We built Blndd as a unified Laravel SaaS with thirteen first-class modules — admin, online courses, in-class courses, private courses, plans, features, CRM, companies, instructors, trainees, requests, payments and TNA — sharing one schema, one role-based permission model, and one consistent grid pattern. A trainee enrolled in CRM, a course assigned in admin, and a payment captured in finance all reference the same person and company record.
A clean four-role model — Admin, HR, Instructor, Trainee — gates every screen, every action, and every API call across all 13 modules.
Plans bind to features. Features control seats, course access and discount rates. One config drives entitlements platform-wide.
Online lessons, in-class workshops and private courses all share the same trainee, instructor and company tables.
Every engagement starts with a structured Training Needs Analysis — feeding directly into requests and customization.
Blndd finally gave us one place to plan training, run it, charge for it and prove it worked — replacing four tools and a dozen spreadsheets.
From Idea to Live, Step by Step.
An eight-phase build delivered as vertical slices — brand, public site, then platform module by module, with TNA and onboarding wired in at the end so the first cohort of HR partners hit a finished product.
Took the founder brief from a one-line concept to a real product brief: target users (HR, training managers), pricing model, scope of LMS coverage, success metrics and a phase plan locked before any pixels or code.
Designed the Blndd identity from scratch — custom wordmark and lockups, the red-on-navy palette, typography, voice and brand guidelines packaged for app, web and print.
Designed and shipped blndd.net — landing, plans, courses, instructors, blog and signup — fully responsive and SEO-structured.
Stood up the Laravel SaaS skeleton: auth, role-based access (Admin / HR / Trainee / Instructor), multi-tenant data model, and the plan + feature entitlement engine that everything else hangs off.
Built the course catalogue, lesson player, in-class workshop manager and private-course system — with progress tracking, AI-powered recommendations and instructor mapping.
Shipped the CRM (leads, contacts, companies, deals), companies + HR accounts module and trainees registry — wired so every trainee record ties back to a company, a deal and a plan.
Plans, features, three billing cycles, payment capture (wallet + bank), reconciliation and a finance reporting layer.
Wired the TNA submission workflow into requests, ran end-to-end QA, and launched blndd.net with onboarding for the first cohort of HR partners.
