Aura
Commerce, run end-to-end.
A complete commerce platform — a polished public storefront, a touch-ready POS, and a deep operations dashboard for orders, inventory, suppliers and shipping — all sitting on one source of truth.
Three surfaces of the Aura build.
A public storefront with its own editorial layer, a touch-first POS, and a deep operations dashboard spanning catalogue, inventory, warehousing, suppliers and shipping — every screen sharing one catalogue and one ledger. Tap any case study to step inside.
Public Website
The public face of Aura: a conversion-tuned storefront that browses the same live catalogue as the back office, an editorial layer of tips and guides that earns search traffic, and a contact surface that drops every message straight into the admin Concerns inbox. Mobile-first, fast, and wired end-to-end so a price or stock change in the dashboard is live on the shop in the same breath.

POS System
The Aura POS is the operating system of the counter — a touch-first sale terminal, a live order feed that merges floor and online sales, a clean returns flow, configurable payment methods and an order-status pipeline that every order travels through. Built to run reliably on tablets and lightweight desktops, and to post every sale, refund and status change live into the same dashboard the back office watches.

Admin Dashboard
A purpose-built operations dashboard that surfaces the KPIs a manager needs in the first scroll, then exposes the full operational stack beneath it: a rich product catalogue with categories, brands, genders, attributes and tags; inventory across stocks, warehouses and pickup locations; a supplier and supplies chain; a shipping pipeline of shipments and shippers; client records and concerns; and a settings module to model the policy library underneath. Two dozen modules, one set of numbers.

One Platform, Storefront To Shipping
Aura came to us selling through a hosted storefront, ringing sales on a separate till app, and tracking stock, suppliers and shipments across spreadsheets and chat threads. The brief: collapse all of it into one platform with one catalogue and one ledger — and one team to talk to.
The promise we made: a public storefront, a touch-first POS, and a deep operations dashboard — all reading off the same products table, the same stock counts, the same client records. So a price change in the back office reflects on the POS and the storefront in the same breath, and a sale at the counter or online moves the very same stock figure.
- Collapse storefront, till and spreadsheets into one Aura platform.
- One products table powering the POS and the public storefront.
- One stock ledger across warehouses, suppliers and shipments.
- Every online and counter order in a single status pipeline.
Where The Old Stack Fell Short
Before we started, every busy day ended with reconciling the till against the website against the stock sheet. Three structural problems were costing Aura sales and hours every week.
The website said one quantity, the till said another, and the warehouse sheet said a third. Overselling online and dead-stock surprises at the counter were a weekly event.
Online orders lived in the storefront admin, counter sales in the till app, returns in a notebook. No single board showed what was paid, packed, shipped or owed.
Suppliers, purchase costs and inbound shipments lived in chat and spreadsheets, so restocking was guesswork and true margin was never quite known.
One Platform, One Source Of Truth
We rebuilt Aura as a single Laravel application with three purpose-built surfaces — storefront, POS and operations dashboard — all sharing the same products table, the same stock ledger and the same client records. Three surfaces, one set of numbers.
A fast, conversion-tuned shop with its own tips and blog editorial — browsing the same live catalogue the back office runs on.
A counter terminal built for tablets — rings, returns and routes orders into the same pipeline as the website in a few taps.
Live KPIs over catalogue, inventory, warehouses, suppliers, shipping and clients — two dozen modules on one source of truth.
Suppliers, supplies, warehouses, shipments and shippers — the inbound and outbound chain, both on the books at last.
We were selling on one system and counting stock on three others. Hossam X Studios gave us a single platform where the website, the counter and the warehouse finally agree — and we stopped overselling overnight.
How We Built It
From discovery to live deployment — our five-step delivery process for the Aura platform.
We mapped the hosted storefront, the till app and every spreadsheet in use, and inventoried each product, variant, supplier and warehouse that needed to survive the migration into one catalogue.
We designed one database schema backing every surface — products read by POS and storefront, stock shared across warehouses, orders flowing through one status pipeline, suppliers and shipments on the same ledger.
A tokenised design system around a Space Grotesk + Manrope pairing and Aura's violet palette — tuned for a premium storefront and a fast, legible back office in equal measure.
Built on Laravel Blade with Bootstrap-grid scaffolding, scoped CSS and inline SVG iconography — storefront, POS and dashboard each shipped one surface at a time, every module with its own QA pass.
We migrated the live catalogue, stock and historical orders with reconciliation checkpoints, launched the storefront and POS together, and ran a support window with daily check-ins until the team was comfortable.

The Outcome
Selling online and at a counter, on two different systems?
We build storefronts, POS and operations dashboards that consolidate every off-the-shelf tool into a single platform owned by your team. If your stock lives in three places at once, let's talk.
